I had nasty hay fever for a long time but he insisted I try a teaspoon of honey during pollen season to alleviate the symptoms. It worked! He said it needs to be local honey because somehow it works against the effects of the local pollen.

Glad I read this. I have awful allergies. I think I will try this...for first time.
