Personal opinion only, but since you mentioned, I'd think a white antenna would look very "modern" on this nice old truck - and that nobody would notice whether it happened to also be the same color as the wheels. Again, personal opinion only (and we all know what that and 5 cents will get me) - but I'd stick with a metal antenna from the era of the truck. Have you tried CB suppliers? They may have some options. Here are a couple of options you might consider and a few CB and general radio suppliers listed at the bottom.

Similar spring-whip mount
ebay (might be able to mount with single mount vice the two provided)
Amazon (probably require 1 additional stabilizing hole to be drilled)
