Ok, so I have 28" tall tires and my gap between the top of the tire and fender is the same as yours. Subtract the 1.5" to make the tire size the same and your 4x4 sits 1.5" taller then my Heinz 57 2wd lol. So, I'd assume yours have sagged a bit but I wouldn't trust my truck as a good measuring point to start with. Lets say your 4x4 is down 1-1.5" with tired springs and a 4x4 is supposed to sit 2.5-3" taller in the rear. The axle swap on a 2wd would put it round a 1.5-2" lift on a 4x4. Which would be ideal for wanting to run 33s.
