To add to the other comments...
Items not requiring removal....
Dipstick tube rubber seal where it enters the case.


90% of the time it's either the tube seal or the pan.
A good pan gasket goes on dry. (no silicon or any other sealer)
BTW the dipstick leaking looks just like a pan gasket unless you are diligent with mirrors and such.
