That van would have had DBC throttle body. You'll need a servo motor off something.

If you are OEM manifold, computer and PCM, going to the wrecker and getting the cruise parts off any DBC LS truck is probably a good starting point. Get connectors too.
Swapping to a DBW TB might be just about as easy except maybe for your gas pedal choice.
