2007 silverado classic V6 to v8 conversion help

Hey fellas i have a quick question, will the original fuel pump work on my 2007 silverado single cab classic originally equipped with a v6? I'm currently doing a v8 conversion on it and I have everything else figured out but not 100% sure about the original fuel pump.. any help would be much appreciated thanks

Re: 2007 silverado classic V6 to v8 conversion help

First thing I'd do is look up the gallons per hour and pressure on the V6 & V8 fuel pumps.

If the specs are the same I'd just dance with the one that brung ya.
