You need a way to log or view what the fuel pressure is doing under load. My Camaro would hold 55-60 psi all day at idle, light driving, and free revving, hammer on it and it would drop down to under 10psi. The ECU did everything it could to keep the engine running, found a leak inside the tank from the pump line, fixed it and fixed the issue I was having. New doesn't always mean it works. Not saying you did anything wrong, just never hurts to verify.
