plasma cutter.

My big Thermal Dynamics plasma cutter took a crap last year and parts were obsolete. I have been considering getting a new Hypertherm but as little as I use it now just could not justify the money. Have looked in Harbor Freight a few times and never pulled the trigger. My son sent me a link for a cheap one on Amazon, but I don't like buying anything from Amazon. I put the brand in google and the same exact machine came up on Temu (never heard of them until now) Amazon wanted $260 for it. I took a chance and purchased it from Temu including a consumable kit for $175 with tax included. Supposed to be here in a few days. Hoping it does an ok job for no more than i am using it nowadays. I will update when I get it in service. I am not expecting much since it only cost about 5% of what the hypertherm does.

Most women like the strong, silent type… Fortunately for me, my wife prefers the out-of-shape, mouthy type.

Re: plasma cutter.

I bought a Cheap one like this you have posted.

The biggest Issue I had is making sure the small Terminal ring they provide gives enough Grounding to get the job done.

I replaced the Ground Ring and this made a Huge difference.

I like the company Vevor for cheap stuff like this.

I can post pictures of mine if you would like to see the issue I had with the Ground.

Re: plasma cutter.

My old thermal dynamics plasma crapped on me several yrs ago...
I started to not replace it as I didn't use it much...but I snagged a job where I needed another one..
So I went with the HF titan60..I can't say enough good about it..it's rated for 1in plus..
It was burning thru 3/4" better than my old one would do 1/4"
Well pleased with its performance
