AC Station Removed from Dash

I removed my AC from my 66 with plans to replace it with central heat and air down the road. Now that the AC station in the dash is no longer needed, I removed it. Its about the size of most cell phones today. For those of you who have also done this, what have you guys done with the vacant space in the dash?

I'd just leave it in to fill the hole.

If you're talking about the controls, you can use one of these.
