Help with 70 cpp front suspension on a 71
Recently purchased cpp tubular an arms, drop springs, shocks and 2 inch drop spindles for my 71 from a friend who used them only for a mock-up. What I just found out is 67-70 trucks are different from 71/72 trucks, what problems will I run into installing these parts?
I’m considering buying the cpp front linkage kit to make everything fresh, but what kit should I buy 67-70 or 71/72? I also need upper ball joints for the arms, and have no idea what ball joints to buy. I plan to call cpp to bother them with these questions, but figured I’d drop in here to see if anyone can help me Posted via Mobile Device |

Balljoints and steering component need to match the year spindle you are going to use.

ball joints I’ll have to match those 63-80 spindles. How about my existing hub and rotor, will they work on the new spindles I have ? Posted via Mobile Device |
