cab and bed swap?

i have a 75 shortbed half ton stepside cab and bed and want to mount onto an 85 shortbed half ton frame. is this a problem? which donuts do i use? the ones for the 75 or 85? it looks as though there are short extensions bolted to both sides of the front of the frame. i suppose these are for the newer front clip? this frame has v 6 mounts i will have to change. also a 2 piece trans crossmember. will i need to change this for the t350 trans? |
