Think these will hold up?
Making front and rear bumpers out some of these. Got to smoothen them up some to make them look a little nicer and what-not. Weight about 100lbs (just a guess...could be more or less) ...so it was fun walk up the hill from the junkyard with a couple resting on your shoulders lol. I have chrome front and rear bumpers on my 4x4 and they look good...but arent worth having on a truck like mine. They are nice, but wont hold up to much at all. They are very easy to bent and crack. The front has hooks so if I ever get stuck I wouldnt have to use the bumper...but I plan on having a winch up front in the future so I am going ahead with building a front bumper too. Rear is obvious...need a bumper I can hook to without having to worry about it breaking.
