Finished my swap 68 used 72 front donor. ? is I used the power booster that was on the truck for power drum and the pedal seems low I havent driven yet as I just finished exhaust. I saw some folks saying rod length different is that the booster rod to pedal or the one from the booster to Mcyl? I have the 72 booster just didnt really see a Diff so I used the one already mounted. I did use the Disc mcyl.. thanks in advance Keep Truckin'

I tried puttin a disc booster on my drum truck...didn't work. I can only asume the same goes for your situation. Be carefull first time you put it in gear.

The rod from the Master cyl to booster should not afect the hight of the pedal. The rod from the booster to the pedal should be adjustable.

mine took a few hours worth of adjusting to get it with no slop and enough pedal height.
the pedal will never come all the way up to the stopper on the dash with the booster, i looked at two other trucks that had power brakes originally and the pedal was just as low as mine is now well worth it now that i go it right though! don't forget to readjust the barke light switch or you might have a dead battery in the morning
