Backed the '07 into a pole! Arghh! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Well the truck is less than 5 months old and while camping this weekend I backed into a pole protecting the RV electrical hookup.
Here's some pics,
The visible damage is to the driverside of the bumper and driverside bedside.

You can see the bedside was driven under the tailgate and the gate won't open.

To top it off, I now have a new crease and dent on the bedside.

Will my local GM parts shop have the bumper (and will it cost $800), and will the body shop have to replace the bedside?
