Ok, Turbo Tech Question/Thermodynamics question
Procharger doesn't make a bracket to put one where i want it....so I'm looking at going turbo again. That said; does crossover pipe length matter? As a part of that, does UNEQUAL crossover pipe length matter?
Let me clarify. If I build a single turbo, it needs to mount off to the side and just forward of my passenger side head (lq4). I would use truck manifolds or my LS2 manifolds flipped. This means that the pipe from the passenger manifold to the merge at the turbo flange would be like 14", but the crossover from the drivers side head would be like 34". I'm used to seeing "equal length" turbo manifolds or twins. Is this a problem, with one side feeding air "faster" or am I just over thinking it, and it would just get lost in the ether with all that air flow.
