My 1978 Chevy C20 2wd longbed L6-292

Hello all, I have posted a few times here before, great board here. Last year I bought a 1978 Chevy C20 2wd longbed with a the 292 straight 6 engine. It was a former City of Fort Worth school district truck and seems to of had a easy good life. Truck was in great condition when I bought it, just needed to be painted. Since I bought it I completely painted the truck inside and out and replaced some parts. Added a new aftermarket grille set, added a headache rack along with lightbar. It had lots of newer parts when I got it in the engine and I only had to replace the alternator. Tires were new when I bought it, one even had the sticker on it (Strange I know). It has the 14 bolt full floater and camper package. Truck is solid all around, but had a few minor holes I patched in the cabin floor. Truck as no A/C, no radio, nothing fancy, basic work truck options.

All in all it is a great truck for almost 30 years old, love it, but I have the opportunity to by a 1979 C20 exactly the same but with a 350 V8. So for all the experts out there, what is my current truck worth? I have had people tell me some crazy prices, I just do not really know. I do not want to sell it for too cheap, but I want to get a fair price for it. I know it will sell for more then I have into it, but how much (This is not a for sale ad, I am not selling my truck only asking what it is worth if I ever do sell it)?
