4-Links
Connected a place about adding 4links and coil overs to my truck. Its something I have wanted for a long time after seeing a 72 Blazer done. The guy told me it would take 2-3 months and would be very expensive. LOL He's gonna pm me a price later. I do know this place is very busy and they do a lot of big tucks with 46's and 49's.
Something to think/dream about.... ![]() |

yea I always dream of ripping out the leafs and running in a 4 link coil over set up in the front with a trailing arm/coilover rear and keeping the same 4-6inch lift with my 35's and stock body work....just to make it ride and articulate great. i saw this done to a late 70's f250 in my "chassis and suspention handbook" produced by Peterson 4 Wheel and Off Road (i think) if you want i can tell you exactly what the book is. it had a ton of good articles

Have you considered doing it yourself? I've found that tracor/farm supply stores carry the hemi joints, heavy duty stuff in all sizes like what is used in tractor 3-point hitches & farm impliments. You would also need the round stock and mounting points & a welder... a good knowledge of geometry might help too... It would be an easy way to build it up a part at a time while still driving your rig, once you get everything together weld it up!
