So yesterday in the Busch race they did all this track drying before starting the race, then after they are making laps the talking heads say there is rain tires that can be put on if it starts raining again. They are set up with wipers and tail lights for the wet racing. So why didnt they start with the wet set up and go racing instead of farten around for two hrs acting like their at an oval and drying the track? Would love to see the cup boys do a wet race - then you will see who the better drivers are. Doesnt seem to make much sense to have the cars set up for the wet and not use it

Yeah I was very eager to see them throw on the treaded tires and go for a slippery ride. I too agree that the Jeff Gordons
![]() ![]() how about that Tony Stewart! Led almost the whole race! And jeff got snuffed to 38th on that restart and made it back to finish 14th.

I was just thinking the same thing. Tony would rise to the top of a wet race. it comes from his experience on the dirt tracks.

That would be awesome. Rain or shine, let 'em run.
Mikey wrecked again, hmm, imagine that. Can you see some of these guys in the rain. It would be a heck of a thing to watch. |
