i didnt see a bracket mounted on top of the frame. i did take some shots for you. if these pics help, great. if not help me zero in on the exact spot you need to see and i will take the camera and the tape back out to where this is stored.

Is there a bracket on the passenger side near the transfer case? It should be a triangle shaped flat peice.

CG this is the parking brake bracket I`m talking about, maybe 71 is the same as 72. Maybe this is off of a 69-70 because it`s not off of a 67-68 there different.
