im 40 years old weigh 248 lbs and have lost about 30 lbs since like january by cutting out alot of the garbage like soda, dessert, and junk food... my goal is about 190-200

1995 - Married - 6' 1" - 25 - 135 lbs. 2005 - Still Married - Now 35 - 240 lbs. Current - Just Turned 36 Tue. - 225 lbs. My goal is 200, maybe I can get there

31 yrs...goin on 15. (so i'm told) just shy of 200 pounds. Had dropped to 190ish over the summer...75 hr woork weeks will do that to you, but I am back up to 2 bills. I'd like to get to 185 - 190....not likely, bu tI still want it. |

Im 19 (be 20 in less than a month). 6'4 290 lbs. Id like to turn some of it into more muscle, but im not too bad as is I suppose. Alot of people think im around 220 - 240. Good thing about being built big, instead of just a big gut
