Help with 1968 motor I.D.
I have a 68 chevy 1/2 ton with the orginal motor but I have no idea what size this is can anyone tell me what size 6 cylinder motors came in the 68?

They came with 250cu or 292cu six cylinders.. if the fuel pump is behind the motor mount tower its a 292..

If you can get any of the numbers from the block a web site called mortec.com has all the casting numbers of chevrolet. Check it out, cylinder heads cranks and some other stuff also
