can a GM 5.3 L hold 500hp??? are the internals forged at all?

I am looking at buying a 5.3 liter 2005 engine for my '67 chevy truck, but I want to put a twin turbo set-up on it.. does anyone know if the bottom end can handle that much HP? about 500HP.
does it have forged internals?

any info regarding this would be great! has anyone put superchargers or turbos on these engines with safe results??
