Looks just like my old Kayline top so I'm guessing it is Kayline snap top.

kayline is what i used to have ,kind of a white cream color. when i went fo a black one about eight years later they were out of buisness. i need to verify but i think the name was "STC" . they sent me a difrent one first, kind of a square one. i had ordered the fast back style.
i called and they sent me the right one .they didn't ask for or charge for the the first one BONUS!! .
this one broke a couple snaps already but there easaly fixed.
