87 dually bed transport and score
Bought an 87 dually bed today, the plow truck made a 125 mile round trip with NO problems. Bed has NO cancer, only a slight crack in one fender extension where its bolted to bed (bottom) and a near perfect tailgate. Bed floor still has some paint on it. Cost: $260.00 Good score, now all I need is a frame for the 83 K30 and we're real close on that. Thought I'd share my good fortune.

Love how it fits the white bed perfectly - let me guess, did you use short stakes to lock the beds together?

Re: 87 dually bed transport and score
Only material required for transport was 2-7 foot 4x4s, 4-12" wood stakes and a C clamp. Took only 2 people to load it. We stood it on end, on blocks of wood so as not to damage tail lights, backed truck up, lowered body until it laid against first 4x4 (laid cross ways over top of bed. Lifted it and slid it over bed until it rested on both 4x4s. One guy tilted bed so other put in pins. Took out 4x4s, clamped it down (like it was going to blow off), and off we went. Took all of 20 minutes. Will unload with my IH340 forklift after we scrap the yellow one that's still on the dually.
