Re: 1968 C10 engines
Mine came with a 283 and was thinking about putting one back in but I read that the last year it came in was 67.

Re: 1968 C10 engines
I`m building a`67 and wanted a 327.I got lucky.Although not a`67,I got a`68 large journal/steel crank from a truck and rebuilt it.It was pretty inside, musta been low miles.

Re: 1968 C10 engines
I see 327's on craigslist all the time. Might be from Impala's but it's period correct... usually see blocks for $100-200...
I also found a website that has remanufactured 327's but they are the same price as newer 350 crates ($1800)
