engine install?

I pulled the original engine/trans out of my truck last week, a 350 with a turbo 350 and am getting ready to install the new one. I want to put it back in with the trans and headers bolted onto it. Is this possible? When I removed the original engine/trans together, it had the factory manifolds on it.
