Hi from Motor City

Hi , my name is Adney Brown and I own Performance Crankshaft Inc. in Detroit Michigan , we do anything from stock everyday driver cranks to Ihra prostock , truck pulling , monster truck , drag and about any type of crankshaft you can imagine ..

We do a lot of one off cranks on old forgings when people cant wait for a billet , or when they need a stroke that is not available anywhere else ..

We compete yearly in the Popular Hotroddings Engine Masters competition and do cranks for quite a few competitors ..

I also am working on a few projects , one being a 63 chevy short bed fleetside ..and a few 70 GTO's,whne time permits ... I have played with the idea of doing a crew cab on this chasis , but time will tell..

I hope to meet others that need cranks repaired ,stroker kits or just good info on engine tech etc..

I also am doing a 261 stovebolt engine for my dad's 47 chevy coupe that we have stroked to 4.220 with a 3.905 bore for 303 cubic inches .. It will have a 3 x 1 intake setup with whatever I can make work for carbs ...

Hope to meet others that are into the old stovebolts .. drop me a line to say hi
