NOS 71/72 Grill
I have a line on a NOS outer grill shell for 71/72......it has dings along the top....here's a pic, but not sure if you can really tell....so WIW??

Hard to figure, but that would drastically lower the price. I wouldn't pay more than $150-200 for an NOS with dings. You can get a reproduction with No Dings for $400. It won't be original, but you would scratch the surface of the grille knocking them out. So the grille would wouldn't be worth much more than a original grille that has a few minor dings as well IMO. My question would be could you tell if the hood is closed? Or, are the dings on the outer portion of the grill?
