.gif resizing

I have a animated gif I would like to use as an avatar, but the file is too large. I shrank the images, but still too large. any ideas? Here is a link

Post the original... I can get it down to size for you. Only thing I need to know is the size limit (both pixel size and file size in /kb's) for you. I forgot what it is for site supporters.
