Bed Swap
Ok, I know this has probably been covered here many times, but could someone tell me about swapping a long bed for a short bed on a 71 chevy c10. Are there any special considerations or is just as simple as putting the short bed on and bolting down. THanks for the help!

Re: Bed Swap
Or you can cut your existing frame and make it a swb frame. Trevor

Re: Bed Swap
Nope, a lot more to it than that, we would see a ton more shorties around if it was that easy.
How you could shorten a bed http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...=cutting+frame How to shorten frame. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=123624 Hope this helps your plans.
