Trying to Find a Part: Grommet in Cab Floor for Front Parking Brake Cable
Hello,
I am in the process of making my 1986 K10 a daily driver and when I went to replace the front parking brake cable I had to cut the lip off of the grommet that goes in the floor of the cab that the front parking brake cable from the pedal passes through. I have been looking all over the internet and in catalogs to try and find a replacement and I haven't had any luck. Has anyone came across this issue or know where I can find one? Thanks |

I can't get it to pull up but look at steele rubber products...firewall grommets...

I looked at Steele Rubber and couldn't find it. This one is round with a lip on top and then the bottom that sticks through the floor is more like a cone shape. I found this one on eBay, but it says its only for 73-84' and it goes through the firewall, where this is on the floor, but maybe it is the same part. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1973-84-Che...-/182282765092
