My New (to me) Home............

We finally moved into our new home. Still waiting on the moving company to deliver our furniture but it does feel good to be settled again. I can't wait to get my kids hardwood floors done so I can start on getting MY garage (not a place for the wife and kids junk) painted and set up the way I want it.

Some people are like Slinkies... not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Re: My New (to me) Home............

Should the crap be moved to your driveway sillyoldman? LOL.
Thanks for the compliments guys. As for a trade for the Harley, if you caught me a few years ago (8 or 10) before I hung up the helmet, I may have considered it. Now I just stick to 4 wheels.

If he doesn't want it, I'll take it

Are you getting the tax credit? I think they extended it to current homeowners who owned their home for at least 3 years, get $6,500?

Re: My New (to me) Home............

Yep, we got the $8000.00 tax credit. We thought we could get the $6500.00 also for the condo we own and rent out.If you don't live in it, you can't get the money. That sucks but $8 will do. Thats some new furniture for the new puppy to chew on.
