engine trouble

My truck has the tbi 350 in it and, it runs real rich and is popping through the exhaust a little. And when i start it in the morning it runs very rich and it kills if you dont let it warm up a little bit before you pull off. And now its starting to run hot sometimes.

Ive changed the cold start sensor, the map sensor, and the oxygen sensor, adjusted the timing.

Ive pulled the plugs and they all look good, idk what the deal with this thing is but idk what else to change. Does anybody have any ideas as to what is wrong with this thing.
