Power Steerin Leak

Few months back I replaced all the power steering lines on my 1 ton, everything been working just fine but I noticed a couple leaks. When the engine is running, right at the pump on the high pressure line, you can literally watch power steering/tranny fluid drip. The other leak isn't hardly bad at all, but its located right where the brake pedal push rod goes into the hydroboost (push rod for lack of better terminology).

As for the high pressure line leak I literally cannot tighten the line anymore without stripping either the threads or the head, so is it possible to remedy this problem with some good ol' plumber tape?

What's the best solution for the leak at the brake pedal?

I would make sure that your lines are seated properly and the threads are not stripped. When I install them I always put teflon tape on them and have not had problems, so yeah, give it a go.

Took a look and the lines are just fine, no stripping and seats just like it should. Added some teflon to the fittings and bingo! No more leak there. Now if only i knew what to do about that brake pedal problem.. :/

that may be the master leaking,sort of "blow by" the seals inside
