Thanks, but I was looking for the kind that used all 4 bolts thru the frame.

The instructions say 60-68 but this kit is actually for the 60-66 trucks because the manual gearbox had a different bolt pattern and no frame indent. The 67 and newer all have the same bolt pattern, but most 67's and a few 68's don't have the indent. For those trucks you just need washers or a spacer bracket. So you'll probably have better luck posting it in the 60-66 section, if you haven't already
