2-piece rear main seal: which type is best?

So I am in the process of my first full rebuild and between the books and videos I have and this forum it's coming along nicely (so far....crossing fingers!). I am about to order the rear main seal and am wondering what type to get. I really want the longest lasting seal out there (who doesnt right?). Any recommendations? Anybody have a certain part # that worked/works really well for them? even advice on what type (fluoroelastomer, silicon, rubber, etc.) would be helpful as well.

Here is the engine info:
2-piece rear main seal on a 400 small block
new Scat 9000 crank
new clevite 77 main bearings (line bored main as well)
TH400 transmission
Daily Driver (light driving, about 10 miles per day)

Thanks again for this and any previous advice I've been given. It all helps
