i hate fords
after fixing my dad vans New Upper and lower ball joints upper control arm bushings, shocks, inner and outer tie rods, was backing it out of the bay (to take it to alignment shop for alignment and tires) at work and the darn gear shifter broke so now it has reverse and drive thats it,
i got a new shift tube on order from dorman to fix it but man it been a long day

those aeorstars havent been made in years..im guessing that there are just as many chevys as well as every other car make of that genre that break down... after 150K or so they ALL start nickle and dimeing you... and to be honest i doubt we will see the longevity of that ford in alot of th ese new models they are coming out with their planned obsolescence in them

Van is Fixed Gear shifter tube is been replaced a 27 dollar part and 45 mins of my life

you should see the line 7:30 A.M. at the GM dealership just as bad as the ford dealership only difference is the guys wear goodwhench shirts

I can't say that I have any hatred for Fords. I have made a living driving them for many years. In fact I bought one for it's reliability even though my favoritism lies with the old Chevy stuff.
