has anyone tried to epoxy on the back part of a out side door handle
I have an NOS outside drivers doorhandle but someone has tried to take the button part off and they have broken the tabs and put the little metal piece in the wrong way , i am thinking about popping it out and turning it the right way and then trying to use some epoxy to glue it back together ? any thoughts on this ?

i had my 67 originals replated and used epoxy on the rear. I havent got them on my truck yet. its waiting for paint. I did this about 2 years ago and they are still holding now but well see when i put them to use.

On my first truck, we used JB weld. Just gobbed it on. It held fine for a couple years of daily use. Trevor
