83 dual headlights highbeam ?
When the highbeams are on are the top two lights only on or is all 4 on ?

All four. One lamp is high beam only (the lower), the other lamp has both a high and low beam filament.

yup all four
I've actually switched the spots high, upper, low, lower puts the low beam beside the turn signal looks good if you lower your truck
