Bucket Seat Upgrade
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Photos of the 05 Caddy seats going in the 72. I made the backboard and lower console out of plywood and used sheet metal for the radio area. Sound deadening material is so expensive so I went the Home Depot gutter repair route and it works really well. The truck had nothing to keep the noise down before so this is a big improvement. Had to saw and grind off the Caddy seat mounts and make some new ones. Finished photo in next post. |

hi there i am doing the same thing with what i was told are 05s out of a deville can you help me with the wiring ? driver seat has 14 wires in the big cluster & 4 wires in small cluster pass seat has 11 wires in big cluster & 4 in small i am sure you were very carefull with the wiring that went to the side air bags as i would not what to set them off !! no one with other years or models trying to do this has mention this danger !! thanks for any help
