Back brace for a 9" ford

01] So I have to narrow a 9" Ford for a project I wanted to do something different. I really like the one I did for a Camaro I did so I did something along those lines. The rear is out of an older F-150 truck. I figured you guys might like it so here you go.

I made this hole for the fill hole.

I put the small piece of tubing in it in order to move the plug out.

Then I welded the plug and tubing to the rear.

I copied a back brace from a rock crawler I saw one time. I had a couple of pieces of tubing from a roll bar I updated for a guy so I recycled them.

I know this picture isn't the best. I'll get a better one.
