I was wondering if it would be possible to use 1 ton dully rotors on 71 1/2 spindles?

Nothings the same. Just buy the correct rotors, readily available.

Dually rotor needs the correct year C30 spindle.
The C30 spindle needs a different upper and lower balljoint, a different outer tie rod and a different lower control arm with a larger hole to accept the c20/c30 balljoint. Different bearings. Different caliper. Everything.
