Converting Vortec to RamJet...But first some questions

Started the process of converting my 5.7L Vortec over to RamJet injection system.
For those unfamiliar with RamJet here are a couple of pieces of information.

This is the intake system.

When I rebuilt the engine in 2012, I put in the cam from the RamJet engine.
It runs good now that I have the newer CSF injectors and the metal intake gaskets but the fuel mileage is terrible. I want true port fuel injection and a self learning control system. That brings me to the next item.

I have already purchased a FAST 302000 harness and control ECU kit. Shown here:

I will be getting the intake system and then a FAST TCU for the tranny. Here is the last 2 issues I have to grapple with.

1 with the original PCM disconnected from the engine, will it still control the ABS?

2 will the original PCM still control the air bags?
