got tricked when i bought the truck the cab corners and rockers were made of foam and furnace metal tape and bondo had to cut all off and weld in new and put new doors fenders and front clip from 85

Did you paint the grille silver? I really like the look of it. I won't copy exactly the way you have yours as I'm not a big fan of copying someone else's work/ideas, but I do like whatever you did to it.

I think it would look real good if done right. Black, red, and silver. Those are the 3 colors I'm painting a 38 ford pick up I got. Anyways, didn't mean to make you think about colors more. I'm stuck on colors and shades for my chevy. Probably won't ever get painted.
But I do think silver would look good as from my screen it already looks silver, but since you said it was just primer, looks to be either white or a light grey. |

to save on time of wood replacement i put 1/4 plate on bed sides so if the wood rots i dont have to lift the box to replace wood and makes box fit tighter to cross sills
btw 1/4 plate with 3/8 nut under gives right height of wood |
