Lower A-arm question
Would the lower a-arms on a 70 3/4 ton interchange with a 67 1/2 ton? I know the springs are different, just not sure about the arms themselves.

Re: Lower A-arm question
Nope. Completely different. 1/2 ton ones are like cars, whereas the 3/4 use the big threaded cross arm and so on.

Re: Lower A-arm question
Ok thanks Dave, I had a guy give me half of a truck that I haven't went and got yet, but it has AC, auto steering column, and the cross member for an auto trans. I was just hoping to make use of the a-arms also.

Re: Lower A-arm question
Are you sure about that? I have a '71 half ton and a '68 3/4 and both have the threaded cross arm, no rubber bushings. I think they stuck with threaded on 3/4 only in later years if I remember correctly.
