Opinions needed

We took a ride in the 37 pu today looking for an old lighthouse on Lake Ontario. Got lost as usual and happened on a 60 Chevy panel truck for sale.Real straight body, some minor rust through on one fender ,the front cab mounts and the rockers. Not too bad though, nothing sagging , no appearance of previous bondo work. All the doors are solid as is the original wood floor. The frame and rear trailing arms looked very nice. The engine is a 60's 283, single hump Power pack heads, 2bbl carb with a 4 spd car Muncie, posi rear, the engine sits back on the original 6 cylinder mounts, you can throw a cow between the fan and radiator, lol.Engine ran ok ,but has a skip , might be a bad plug or maybe the usual worn cam, but the engine was very quiet when running, ok oil pressure.Bad tires,70's shag interior, but overall the truck looks ok.Spare parts included is 2 NOS front fenders, rockers, misc. mechanical parts, instrument cluster with tach.
The price is 3000 bucks firm, includes all the spare parts. I'm not too fond of a 1960 truck, you know torsion bar suspension and the wrap around windshield, but NOS fenders and Muncie should bring 1000 bucks, What do you guys think?
