Replated hatch struts, latchs and bolt covers
I had some extra parts re zinc plated. All parts are OEM from a 1970 Blazer.
-Hatch struts Near Perfect condition. Catchs mechs work fine. Just alittle stiff due to replate. $120 shipped sold -Hatch catches. One is alittle pitted but washer under bolt head will cover most of it. Other catch is near perfect. $50 shipped sold Last edited by 1972 Jimmy; 12-06-2016 at 08:23 PM. |

Re: Replated hatch struts, latchs and bolt covers
If you are still interested in the top brackets. Here are some pics.
I would do $90 shipped for both the hatch catch's and top brackets |

Where do the bolt covers go? If they are missing on mine I'll take them.

What you want to avoid are tightly affixed parts (like the threads on a tower clamp screw) as the tight space may preclude deposition. Other than that, loose fitting but joined pieces (like the struts) plate fine. Prices vary and places typically have a minimum order. I'd search for a local plating company before shipping out though other members have used Kaehr and have been happy.
