I can across this Blazer attending a local festival yesterday and had to stop and take some pictures. The truck looked amazing.

My 70 was originally med olive with a black top - hope one day it looks as good as these k5s. Is there flake in the paint? Seems like lighting greatly affects the appearance.

Tomo, a lot of paints have a little bit of flake in there without adding additional in a mid layer. This truck had basic base coat / clear coat paint.

The paint looks like it has a little orange peel. I think it would have been over the top with a cut and buff.

A little orange peel is a good thing on a driver, more durable an fine scratches are less likely to travel as far.
These make me want to take mine back to that color. I've seen a lot of variation or interpretations of that color I really like. Think mine came with a white top though.
