how to re-new old car batterys u-tube

The science is correct if you look it up. The plates do get a layer of buildup that can render the battery useless and a hard charge can blow it off extending battery life. Used batteries are rebuilt by the manufacturers. I used to buy recon batteries off the interstate truck for $10 about 20 years ago.

What I didn't see is the real acid test --- pun intended...….. Will those batteries pass a load test??? Apply a load of approximately 150 - 175 amps for about 10 - 15 seconds.. This simulates cranking a cold engine.. If the battery maintains voltage, it's a good un...
