Did 1967-1968 Chevy C10 front sway bars use 4 D type bushings?

I was wondering if the factory front sway bars for 1967-1968 Chevy C10 used 4 D type bushings that mounted the sway bar?

I see larger performance sway bars being sold that use a different type of end link bushings that mount vertically on the lower control arms rather than using a D bushing on each side.

Does anybody make a larger sway bar that uses the simple D bushings in the factory location if that is what they used?

I purchased a CPP 117 bar for a 70 and ended up not using it and finding a factory bar.

Yeah I was also going to buy a bigger aftermarket CPP bar to replace my stock one, but I have decided that my factory sway bar is big enough and I will just use that. The CPP bar looks like it uses different end links anyways than a factory bar does and I dont want to mess around with that.

The biggest they make is 1 1/4" which is what came on a c30 truck. If you can find a swaybar from a squarebody c20 or c30 all you need is new bushings and it bolts right on to the factory mounts!

Adding on here, your factory bar could be anywhere from a 7/8" to a 1 1/8" swaybar. Being that you already have mounts, if you feel you still have too much body roll, you can easily upgrade to a C30 1 1/4" by just swapping out the bushings and bar. I found one just a few weeks ago and installed it with some energy suspension bushings, I had to add the mounting brackets to my truck though. It definitely keeps the truck from diving in corners and doesn't swing out the rear end despite not having a rear swaybar, even at 1 1/4".

My factory bar measures approximately 1 1/16. What is the part # of the energy suspension bushings that you used with your 1 1/4 sway bar just in case I find a C20 or C30 sway bar.

Part # is 3.5177G.
